Majolica Majorca now in the Philippines

I just learned from last week that Majolica Majorca, a Japanese cosmetics brand under Shiseido, has just landed the local shores. I love Shiseido, but I honestly haven’t tried anything from Majolica Majorca yet. Luxasia was generous enough to give me a sneak peek on what’s in store with these goodies (thankyouverymuch!). I’m very excited to try them out soon!

Majolica Majorca
Who doesn’t love a pretty packaging? This purple box is love at first sight.

Inside - Majolica Majorca
The ornate design reminds me of Etude House and Urban Decay.

Last Expander Frame Plus Mascara - Majolica Majorca
Lash Expander Frame Plus Mascara – Php 795. This one’s quite interesting.

Majolook (Trick on) Eyeshadow - Majolica Majorca
Majolook Trick On Eyeshadow Quad – Php 795. I don’t have a talent in eyeshadow application, as I rarely put on makeup these days. But, thank God for the instructions inside the catalog. I’m gonna give it a try. 😉

Rouge Majex Lippie - Majolica Majorca
Rouge Majex – Php 495

Perfect Automatic Line - Majolica Majorca
Perfect Automatic Liner – Php 695

Artistic Nails (Jeweling Line) Nail Polish - Majolica Majorca

Definitely love the case!

Good news is that prices are below Php 1000, which won’t burn a hole in your pocket. You can find them at SM Department Stores and Watson’s. Visit for more info. I’ll try to post the catalog as soon as I can work with the uploading.

Skin Care Love: Obagi Nu Derm.

Obagi Nu Derm Kit

I have always been curious about Obagi products ever since my best friend I introduced them to me years ago. She used to go to Belo Medical Group for her skincare woes, and that’s how she discovered Obagi. Amidst researching about the brand, I’ve stumbled upon lots of raves—from common people to celebrities. So, I surmised that this product seems to work, perhaps because it claims to work on the cellular level. However, the steep price tag forced my desire (as well as my wallet) to take a backseat.

I have been frustrated with my skin since time immemorial, mainly because of zits, zits and more zits—not to mention, the dullness and the visible pores. I have taken and applied various medications courtesy of my dermatologist, and I am so glad that my skin is in almost tip-top shape. Well, I still get a nasty dot here and there, but it’s not something as horrible as before I visited a skin doctor.

Come Obagi’s 11th Anniversary in the Philippines, I attended the event sans hesitation. It didn’t fail me, of course! I have learned so much more about the product, particularly on the technical side of how it actually works. What’s lovelier is that I get to try Obagi Nu Derm products, which I still religiously use alongside with my Shiseido Pureness skincare kit.

So, here’s some of Obagi Nu Derm products that I’ve tried:

Obagi Nu Derm Kit + Gift Card

This gift must be super special!

Obagi Nu Derm Kit

(L-R) Obagi Exfoderm, Obagi Gentle Cleanser, Obagi Toner and Obagi Healthy Skin Protection SPF 35

Obag Gift Card

Thus, this perfect gift comes with a Php 5,000 gift card. I used it to buy Obagi Foaming Gel for oily skin. I also used it to try the Obagi Nu Derm facial, which I enjoyed a lot! (more…)

My Twitter Account has been hacked. :-(

Sniff! This what happens after having undergone blogging hiatus. 🙁 My Twitter account, allthevanity, has been hacked.

From now on, I’ll be using my personal Twitter account. Please follow me @adamantgirl. 🙂

Also, I’m going back to blogging. I’ve made several trips recently. One of which is Singapore, where I visited the likes of Sephora and Uniqlo. 🙂

So, stay tuned!
