Mango’s Fall-Winter 2011 Collection showcases a number of looks inspired by the usual style pegs from events and special occasions, mostly tinged in shades of black, grey, red, white and beige.

With the combination of daytime and eveningwear elements, Mango pays tribute to classic French women’s wardrobe – particularly the timeless contrasts of masculine/feminine pieces.

Fabrics used are predominantly in wool, denim and boucle. Others are in lace and sheer fabrics which evoke a romantic mood.

Most of these effortlessly chic ensembles are embellished with Swarovski crystals, sequins and feathers. Some are texturised with angora and fur, whilst others presented animal print patchwork and irregular polka dots (on very fluid shapes) – bringing out a more sophisticated and seductive silhouette.
