Part of Majolica Majorca’s Fake Sleeping chapter, Majoromantica is a fruity-floral perfume in a lovely collectible bottle.

With just one drop of this honey-sweet aphrodisiac from the forest, it will take you into the mysterious forest filled with blooming flowers and fruits. Its thick texture blends well into the skin, giving off a combination of sweet and fruity fragrance.

Top notes: Juicy and Fruity (Juneberry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Apple, Fig, Mangosteen, Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin)

Middle notes: Herbal and Floral (Rose, Sweet Pea, Jasmine, Muguet, Gardenia, Chamomile, Clary Sage)

Base notes: Sweet and Romantic (Vanilla, Maple, Brown Sugar, Sandalwood, Amber, Musk, Oakmoss)

It may appear like a complex concoction just by looking at the top, middle and base notes; but, the combination proves to have a nice-smelling outcome which has made me so hooked!

For starters, Majolica Majorca instantly wins my heart with their ever-lovely packaging. Each never fails to look very interesting and enchanting. The  Majoromantica perfume bottle is no exception. It really looks so pretty and sophisticated, much like a potion bottle you typically see on women’s boudoir. It also has a wand-like applicator that I use when dabbing the perfume on my pulse points.

Perfume Concentrate Consistency, Sweet & Juicy Feminine Scent

It has a consistency which resembles a perfume concentrate. I believe it’s more of oil-based than alcohol-based, hence the thick consistency. It has a sweet and juicy feminine scent that I really, really love. I religiously use it day and night. I think I’m addicted to it! It’s neither overpowering nor too faint. It’s just right to my discriminating olfactory senses.

I think it’d go together with a girly outfit – think of Korean/Japanese dressy girls and Zooey Deschanel as a style peg.

Currently, I have 2 bottles of Majoromantica, and my first one is near empty! I’m thinking of whether I’d keep the second bottle for personal use or give it away for sharing. Let’s wait and see this August!
